you can't expect more, the place is amazing, this is a real royal palace. the only one which could wish to change - during the brunch the live band could be performing not only international but also traditional music to give us opportunity to discover the local culture.

Loved the valet service! When checking in I was given a huge bouquet of gorgeous roses, because of the holiday season. When we came back from a great buffet dinner, the room was organized, there was a cute teddy bear made of towels, a box of Bulgary gifts, a box with Ritz chocolates and a handwritten note from house keeping. This was so thoughtfull and personal - amazing! We really enjoyed the room, no sounds at all, Bluetooth speaker so we played our own music, a great bathroom. When checking out I received another box with dates and chocolates. All the staff was so kind and attentive

I know it's Saudi customs, but there should be more facilities for ladies. The swimming pool is for men only, no swimming hours for ladies. And also the spa facilities are men only :-( There is only one fitness gym for ladies, hidden away on a floor.

The property is luxurious and fantastic when it comes to space and service. However, the carpets are not at a satisfactory degree of cleanliness compared to the price charged for the rooms. I estimate that the carpet in my room wasn’t changed for a number of years as it clearly went through noticeable wear and tear.

Everything from the moment I entered the gate until I left the hotel was absolutely brilliant. It is a whole new experience. Unbelievable how a place in the same city you are visiting feels like a whole new city in everything. The restaurants were amazing and the room was brilliant. There are a lot of activities you can do in the hotel you do not even need to go out!

I liked the way when the staff in the restaurant especially Mr. Joshy Joseph and his college made a great surprise for my wife in for her birthday and they bring a delicious cake and make us happy as well. I would like to thank every person who make our night awesome. Additionally , I would like to thank Mr. Yazeed Salem for his professionality and creativity for his welcoming and greeting in the reception.

Service was excellent, especially the housekeeping team.

Check-in is slow and crowded when i arrived. Checkin also forgot to tell me to sign a document. So, a staff need to knock on my door to have to to sign a document.

True luxury! The staff are very attentive and the bed is super comfortable. Breakfast buffet was delicious with a lot of options I told them I had an exam and they gave me complimentary desserts with a nice message to wish me luck, that was so thoughtful of them

No ladies’ spa The bathtub is a little high and difficult to get in and out of it, I actually slipped once. It can cause a problem for people with mobility issues Other than that my stay was marvelous

The food was amazing. We had the buffet breakfast and dinner. The coffee shop and outside sitting area are very nice and relaxing.

The only negative is that the spa and swimming pool are only for men.

Loved everything!! The hospitality was amazing. All services were super quick. No issues what so ever from check in until check out. We will be back for sure. Keep up the good work team :)

Security guards next to the gate very rude You can't wear shorts while going in and outside the hotel!! and even when the security told me its not allowed the way he said it was extremly rude and inappropriate! imagine your going for an outside run and a security guard told you shouldn't wear a short even if your staying at the hotel! wow!

Every thing was perfect they provided us with late ck out .. staff really freiendly and attentive.. my take is how slow HK to response if you ask for something other than that it was perfect
